Administrative Protocol

Refund Policy

Last Updated: April 7, 2026

1. Administrative Filing Fees

All fees paid through the Office of the Clerk are for administrative purposes only. This fee covers the labor and digital resources required to receive, catalog, and review your Affidavit for potential placement on the live docket.

No Guarantee of Broadcast: While we aim to provide a platform for as many disputes as possible, the hearing of a case by The Grand Panel is not guaranteed. Administrative fees are charged for the processing of your filing, and unselected cases will not be issued a refund.

2. Right to Dismiss or Deny

The Office of the Clerk and the Bench reserve the absolute right to dismiss or deny any Affidavit at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases that:

  • Violate our Terms of Service or internal Rules of Court.
  • Fail to meet the Service Standards of The Grand Panel.
  • Contain content that violates the terms of our streaming platform service providers (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Twitch).

Dismissal for Cause: Any violation of the above standards that results in a case being denied or struck from the record does not constitute a refund of administrative fees.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Completed Hearings: Once a case has been presented, critiqued, or judged on stream.
  • Unselected Cases: Cases that were reviewed by the Clerk but not chosen for a live broadcast.
  • Outcome Dissatisfaction: No refunds will be issued if the Jury or Bench rules against you (e.g., a "Respondent is Right" or "A-hole" verdict).
  • Technical Issues: Failure of the Petitioner or Respondent to appear via the provided phone number or Zoom link.

4. Requesting an Inquiry

If you believe a technical error occurred during the transaction process (e.g., double billing), please contact support@terranceward.com with your Transaction ID. Authorized refunds take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
