Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection & The Docket

To process your Affidavit, the Office of the Clerk collects specific information including your name (or alias), email address, and the narrative text of your submission.

Live Summoning Data: Because our courtroom operates live, we require a valid 10-digit US phone number. This data is used exclusively for coordination and summoning purposes by the Bench and is never displayed publicly.

2. Public Disclosure & Broadcast

By filing an Affidavit, you acknowledge that the narrative content—including details of the relationship, family, or friendship conflict—will be read publicly on a live broadcast across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch.

Protecting the Record: We strongly mandate the use of pseudonyms. It is the Petitioner's responsibility to redact real full names, specific addresses, or sensitive employers from the narrative before filing.

3. Financial Security

We do not store or see your credit card information. All administrative filing fees are processed securely through **Fourthwall** via **Stripe** or **PayPal**. Your financial data is protected by their industry-leading encryption.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with essential service providers (hosting and payment processors) required to maintain the Docket. We may disclose information only if required by actual legal subpoena from a court of law.
